Nothing online that mentioned it being only cash if you didn’t pay online when you booked. I turned up for my appointment and the young girl wasn’t sure I even had an appointment booked as she was in a rush to catch a bus. Wouldn’t book an appointment here again as she wasn’t sure how to tidy the eyebrows up without asking me if I wanted the loose ones taking out which needed it. Maybe too inexperienced to be doing beauty treatments without guidance from someone else.

Made bleed when trimming cuticles. Removal of old gel polish was done VERY POORLY has taken some of my natural nail away leaving them broken and weak, no base or top coat applied. Left cotton wool on nails and then painted over them. You can still see cotton under polish
