The beautian was suprised to see me coming although I had the paper printed out for her. She kept asking if I have paid already. The treatment was very painful. I did it before but it was not as bad as this one. She dropped was on my trousers and I had to remove it with the iron and paper towels at home. Also, she have used some kind of oil ointment for after the treatment and this gave stains to all my shirt and I had to throw it as the stains were there even after the washing. Also, I have asked is she can do the shoulders too as it was not included in list when I did online. Usually it is a £3-£5 but she asked me for £10. I choose not to tip her as it was really awful in every aspect. Actually I would like to make a complaint and ask if I can get back my money for this booking. I will look into this.

On arrival the appointment seemed a complete mystery and she really had no idea why I was there or what treatments I was supposed to be having done or even if I had already paid for them.

When I got to the venue they had no clue about booking,then lady found it,took me to small room to change.Wherever you looked there was dirt,stains,dust.
Treatment itself was extremely painful,I have had it done abour 30-40 times in my life but this was worse ever.
