I'm sure they are probably good at what they do... but make sure you are loud and clear what you are visiting them for. I went to get a Shellac manicure but had my nail completely chopped off despite telling them to just tidy them and was given a regular manicure. My nails now look like I've chewed through them
Staff were lovely and friendly, very knowledgable. I ended up with a different overlay than I asked for (it's great!) but ideally I wouldn't be trying them this week, they were quite insistent, albeit in a lovely way and in the interest of my own nail condition.

The lady was friendly but the nailpolish (shelac) didn't last very long. Already the second day it started to chip off, so at since point I went back and they have redone one nail for free.however overall I want completely happy with the quality.

I was kept waiting for more than 20mins without explanations/apologies even though I had an appointment.
When I eventually had the treatment, I was made to pay extra for gel polish even though I paid for a gel treatment.
Absolute waste of time and money, be careful!
