When I went in I was told I couldn't have an appointment. When I explained that I'd already booked my appointment online I was rudely told that the lady was away and I couldn't be seen. She didn't even look on her computer to acknowledge my booking and didn't bother that I'd already paid online. There are definitely better salons out there, especially for the price.
I ended up walking out of this place.
I turned up for gel removal and a new set. A lady brought out acetone in a bowl and sat it on top of boiling water ! I refused to put my fingers in as it was steaming hot ( literally ) other customers were shouting at the staff and the staff were shouting across the room. I was asked to sit in a corner and someone would be with me. I tried for 15 minutes to soak my nails slowly as it was still to hot and felt so uncomfortable I got up and left.
