Really friendly and listened carefully to what I wanted.

The stylist whisked me to the basin straight away to wash my hair and consulted me afterwards about what I wanted, when it was wet so she could have no idea what my hair was like. As a result I ended up leaving with a haircut I didn't like. I felt dissatisfied and like I'd wasted my money.
