Awful experience, Anna was completely incompetent. Booked for eyebrow threading and she had no idea how to thread - covered my brows in talc, insisted I didn’t need to stretch the skin (cue pain, redness) and then reverted to using unsterilised tweezers for most of it insisting it was impossible to get most of the hairs out with threading alone. Then hacked away at my eyebrows with scissors until they was hardly anything left - despite my saying not to go too thin. End result looked hideous.

My lashes were lifted more on one than eye than the other, and some individual lashes did not lift properly.
