Called 3 times to say I was stuck in traffic with no reply and left a voicemail. Policy says if you come AFTER 15 minutes late you lose your appointment and no refund. I literally arrived 15 minutes despite trying to call and leaving a voicemail. But nope, that’s my payment all gone. Don’t recommend booking and paying at this venue in advance x I totally understand if it was just a blow dry but I paid for highlights and treatment.
