first time here and always get nervous with new places as I'm never sure what to do with my hair but Claudia was very lovely and didn't make me feel bad for neglecting my hair a bit, gave me a lovely treatment whilst also being honest and open about a new hairstyle (long/curtain bangs which turned out perfectly and still do now!) i was trying for maintenance and best ways to approach it. Think i'll be coming back next time!!
