Zeynep Delahoyde has been waxing my legs etc for over 15 years - I tracked her down when she moved from Gloucester Road and set up on her own. She has an amazing attention to detail, and has an experienced delivery. I never have any burns, bleeding, or bruising, unlike some waxers that I used to use in the past. She's kind, thoughtful, and puts me at ease. Takes pride in her work.

Unfortunately, the wax was so hot I have burn marks on my calf, underarm and along my bikini line. Additionally, the beautician missed a fairly large patch of hair on my calf and I’ve had to tweezer some missed hairs in all three areas after the appointment.
