She is a very sweet lady- although I was under the impression booking a hot wax and that it wouldn’t be hot/strip- obviously a strip wax is a very different experience to a hot normal wax so that was a bit annoying. Strip is so much more painful and it feels like the hairs are being ripped out- hot wax is a lot better. She is lovely though and has good attention to detail ensuring all hairs are removed and you’re happy with the end result!
