Friendly. Professional and efficient. I normally really dislike the male waxing experience but this was less painful than usual and much more relaxing. Importantly my sensitivity reaction is fairly low too as this can be a problem. Would recommend.

The wax was good and even got some of my ingrowns taken out which were very difficult for myself to get out. But the ambiance, cleaniless and staff were not the highlight.
