Very friendly therapist, good massage. The room was way too cold for a massage room however and despite being covered with a fluffy towel, I couldn't quite relax. I should have asked to have the heating turned on but is that something the customer should have to request actively?

Was quite a weird experience. Was locked into the room and the therapist watched me while I got undressed. She used strip waxing instead of hot wax despite me paying for a hot wax. The therapist was very eccentric and quite sweet but a little weird too. The wax took 45 mins which was a bit too long, and the top itself wasn’t that clean or hygienic. The therapist meant well, but it was a very strange experience and I’m not sure I would return for another appointment.

The lady is very nice and do a good job but the place is not very welcoming. it was OK.

Lady was lovely, but some relaxing music and being a bit quicker would have been appreciated.
