The therapist was lovely, funny and paid great attention to detail however I did feel misled by the way this Wax was advertised as using hot wax. The majority was actually strip waxing with a tiny amount of hot wax. The reason I chose to go here was their supposed use of hot wax. Overall the end result was good but I was left bruised which I find only happens with strip waxing so for this reason I wouldn’t go back and would only go somewhere that uses all hot wax.
