She’s very sweet but I wouldn’t recommend this waxing experience to anyone. All strip wax, blamed it on my hair roots for the pain (I’ve been waxing since I was 16) and when she couldn’t get the wax up with the strip she picked and pulled at it with her nails. And I was left with a burn mark - wax must have been too hot at the end but so much pain I didn’t notice until after. She was very apologetic though and is a nice lady - just not sure about the technique.
