One of the best waxes I have ever had, I will definitely be coming here from now on! She was very chatty and kind which takes your mind off the pain, although it was one of the most painless waxes I have had. And extremely thorough, it took almost 45 minutes but that's because she got every hair and also helped with some in grown hairs. Fantastic experience.

When I arrived the woman asked me what I wanted and I said my shoulders and kneck massaged but for some reason she thought it appropriate to pull down my underwear without asking (I was wearing a thong so there was no need for it to be removed) and she them proceeded to massage my bum even though it was meant to be a Swedish back massage and I already told her my problem was the shoulders and kneck! The woman was very eccentric and unprofessional throughout and her personal hygiene was also very lacking. To make matters worse we ended up getting locked in the salon for over half an hour after my appointment because the nail staff (downstairs) had left and locked up by the time we had finished and the "beauty therapist" apparently didn't have her own key. We then had to then wait till the member of staff she had called came back to let us out!! This was the most bizarre massage and experience I've had for a long time. I actually felt a bit violated- will not be returning ever!!
