Everything was great apart from the fact that it was sometimes too painful for me. Still I recommend it coz it's a great value for money.

The lady is really lovely and never misses anything! She knows what she is doing and it is always thorough. Very good quality wax for the price compared to others that have left me in pain for hours afterwards!
