I had a bikini wax and it was the worse wax I've ever had. I came out bruised from the lack of care or attention to detail. The final product isn't acceptable either.

i went there and got told to wait 30 minutes due to being busy with another client. i came back and she still had a client therefore making me wait another 10 minutes. once i was in the treatment room everything felt rushed and very unprofessional. she didn't ask if i had any allergies neither telling me what the products used were and i had a terrible allergy because of this . i had eyelash extensions , during the treatment she pulled them out nd scrubbed them which made them fall out.
