Kausalae is a lovely lady. The waxing itself wasn’t bad at all. Quick and pain free. However, Kausalae was not wearing a face mask even though I, as a customer had one on. I didn’t bring it up but it made me wonder as aren’t these the main rules to having a covid-safe salon.
I would go back only knowing that all covid-safe measures are being followed in the salon, including wearing of a mask (unless Kausalae is exempt, in which case my apologies)

Came with my Maid of Honour for a few treatments the day before my wedding. I had gel manicure and pedicure which was lovely and just what I wanted - shape, colour, everything. My MoH had a normal polish mini pedicure and hydrating facial. We both felt so relaxed and it was just as in the salon too so we got to chat and catch up as Kausalau went between us and our treatments :) thank you for having us!
