Had to cancel appointment as the only person working that day didn't know how to use lycon and so could only offer strip wax. Which was not what I booked.

Judging by the description of spa manicure I was expecting some top notch service but instead I got a professional that didn't seem to have ever done it before. Cuticles were not properly trimmed and the nipper even left marks in some of my nails, not to mention the poor finish of the polish.

I turned up for my appointment and the salon was closed with a hand written note saying they were closed for 3 days. Very disappointing that they hadn't bothered to contact me even though the appointment was made over a fortnight ago.
