Treatment was great with only one small concern. Like some other salons, maybe a sectioned off area for those having eyelash treatment. It's disconcerting having your eyes closed and there being other customers around.

This is the first time I’ve tried threading as waxing always leaves a rash. My brows are very thick so it was quite painful, the therapist suggest a different waxing for sensitive skins so I’ll try that

Turned up early for my appointment. Didn't get seen until 15 minutes after my appointment time with no apology or explanation. She left half way through doing my lashes to attend to another customers eyebrows. Lashes were patchy and have fall out within a week.
