Changed from a manicure to nail extensions, they were accommodating and agreed that was fine. However did a very poor job, nails are not straight and you can see where the extension starts. Lashes done fine but way longer than i asked for, and lost 2 lashes already on the second day. Would not return

My overall experience wasn’t great - the lady seemed nice enough and told me about her 15 years experience within the industry. I had a gel nail application which was very messy and uneven. I also have a chipped nail already after 2 days. I had a pedicure and was charged the same price even though I had no nail polish and also my skin around the cuticle area has cuts around it. The massage chair was put on without even asking me and it wasn’t a very pleasant massage. I am in the industry of hair and beauty myself and I believe the experience and service I had was very poor and I will not be returning.
