The place itself is very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly as well but I'd say too much friendly. I really wanted to relax and not talk too much, but the lady who did the facial on me was very talkative, especially to talk about other treatments. Also, when I asked her if she had removed all the comedones on my chin, she said that they were not ready yet to be extracted and that they would be ready next time I was back to the clinic. Well, I paid £45 to have the full treatment so I was disappointed especially because when I got home the comedones were extracted by me very easily. Overall, an average/good service.

Very pleased with the facial.. Slightly disappointed that it lasted 45 minutes instead of an hour as advertised, but still relaxing.

Staff are friendly, helpful and run on time. The only think I would add to the comfortable surroundings would be some relaxing background music.
