I went in clueless and came out with a plan how to take my skin care forward. Alex answered all my questions and guided me in what products to use, but left it upto me for the final choice and ensured I was happy with what I had chosen before committing. Alex explained the function of each item. Soooo pleased - I have booked in for a facial - thank you Alex

Had a great experience having my hair cut and blow dried. Emily and her colleague were very welcoming and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere in the salon.
