Alex is amazing - she has a natural talent of putting you at ease. Talks you through each step always checking in that you are quite happy. Her treatments are out of this world. I have never been soooo relaxed, so much so, I had to check that my body was still attached to my head!!! - no joke. After treatment you feel great and look forward to the next time 👍

I went in clueless and came out with a plan how to take my skin care forward. Alex answered all my questions and guided me in what products to use, but left it upto me for the final choice and ensured I was happy with what I had chosen before committing.
