I booked for my partner. It was his first time.The treatment should have been 40min, instead it was less than 30min (just because he obviously doesn’t put nail polish it hasn’t to be less time right?!)
The girl that did the treatment was too fast, as she was in a rush. she could have spent more time on massage the feet for example and been more accurate considering that there’s more time without the application of the nail polish Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience because of her attitude

Having been here before, my experience today was disappointing. The foot spa was freezing cold, when I mentioned this some warm water was added which made it lukewarm at best. The person completing my pedicure looked pained, and kept rubbing her face/ head as if she wasn’t feeling well. Completely sympathise but also made me feel bad that she was working on my trotters which isn’t a pleasant feeling. Was a routine appointment so would have preferred to rearrange than feel bad.
