Lovely consultant, very kind and friendly. The brown looked a bit more black o my eyebrows and eyelashes were not as black as I'd hoped. Lovely treatment room and very relaxing.
The beauty rooms are underneath the pharmacy so are quiet and feel private. I had a very warm welcome from both the therapist who greeted me and the lady I had my treatment with (I had a dermalogica facial with Maria). Maria was friendly and relaxed and clearly had a lot of experience. You also get a shoulder massage and the facial extends to the skin on your chest. For the next few days my face was smoother and had more of a glow and a week later it's still looking really good. It was a full hour for £50 so I think this is much better value than many spas around.
The only reason this is not a 5* review is because when i got home there were quite a few pores that could have done with more extraction, so i did them myself the next day. I think next time I'll just ask her to make sure she's got them all! I'll definitely be going back.
Excellent value, however kept me waiting for 30 minutes for my facial and was in no way apologetic for the delay.
Really good treatment - I'd never had my eyebrows tinted before but it was very quick and simple
