I'm only giving them 4 stars because the treatment itself was of good quality and I'm happy with it. I booked through Treatwell and they called me half an hour before my appointment (I was already on the Underground on my way so obviously I didn't receive it). I got to the clinic, gave my details and was told to take a seat while waiting for the other receptionist to finish her phonecall. Once she did the two receptionists started talking to each other like I wasn't even there, saying 'she didn't answer the phone'. Anyone with a brain could have deduced that I was already on my way by that point. I was then told that the doctor wasn't in that day, and I'd just travelled 45 minutes there for nothing. As I had already paid I rebooked for another day, but the 'customer service' I received that day was enough to put me off ever going back. It's a shame as the treatment and doctor are excellent.
