My issue is with Wahanda not the Salon. Booked appointment with Wahanda. Salon called and said appt not available, Wahanda shouldn't have offered it. Offered others but I couldn't reschedule. Salon told me it happens all the time with Wahanda, very bad service. This has happened now a number of times with Wahanda. They then had the cheek to then class me as a 'no show.
Have been previously to salon when I booked directly and the experience was very good.
Great staff and treatment! Skin really does improve. Friendly and relaxing place too, would definitely recommend the caci facial as you see genuine results even with one treatment
