The venue was nice and clean. But unfortunately, I did not enjoy back facial. There was no description of the procedure the name of which was "Detoxifying Back Treatment" on Treadwell. And because of that, I had in my mind different thoughts and expectations about this procedure. Unfortunately when I have arrived at the venue and even when I have entered the room where the procedure supposed to start, there was no intro with an explanation of what will happen next. And then during the procedure itself, there was no explanation of what is going on. I have problems with my back, and I was hoping that the lady who was doing my back treatment would look precisely at it maybe examine under a magnifying glass, instead, she kept telling me that I don't have anything. Well, unfortunately, that's because she did not look properly. I presume when you go for some treatments to fix your problems,you expect understanding,help and support. To be honest at the end my back felt nice,because it had mask for about 10 minutes with acids,which made it feel nice,but overall it was not what i have been expected from a place with experience in back treatments. I have been at lots of places for back treatments, and I know how professional service should be. This one for this procedure did not feel that way. P.S. this clinic has lots of other procedures, and I can't judge other procedures and don't suggest you to do it. Others procedures might be great and professional.
