This is a venue to pop in for a quick treatment, not somewhere to relax. In a big office block, the treatment rooms are converted meeting rooms with meetings audibly going on around them. It felt more like being at the dentist than having a facial; I wasn’t even invited to remove my footwear, never mind get comfy in a robe. I requested a relaxing facial, but was subjected to a noisy, painful skin scuffing machine, which I quickly refused to continue. The facial was ok, but I won’t be returning
