I always look forward to my treatments in Dermaesthetics with Alex. The place is clean (with all of the C-19 protocols) and also relaxing. I also feel that Alex is genuinely concerned and committed to give me the best combination of treatments that are more suitable to address my concerns. It was my first time to do micro needling, and was a bit nervous initially. Alex kept me at ease, made sure I was comfortable and reassured throughout the entire treatment. She was attentive to my reactions and would ask if it was painful or uncomfortable in any way. I knew I was in good hands and hence I felt that everything was done professionally and as it should be.
