It’s my first time to have the LVL and while the curl of my lash is not 100% as I hoped considering my stubborn stick-straight lashes (I thought the tint was fine and the lift did open my eyes, only that my lashes remained stick straight, but nothing that my mini lash curler, the one I use for my lower lashes which is “gentler” and subtle curling done only at the ends, can help resolve), service was outstanding as always. Alex has always been lovely and I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Will give the LVL another try in about 2 months and see.
