Really great wax - was my first one so was a bit scared but I was in good hands! The building itself was confusing as it's in an office block and you are surrounded by offices, but it is very clean and professional regardless. I was also pleased to learn that she uses hard wax (meant to be slightly less painful) which meant for a more pleasant wax. Thank you I will be coming back!

Aliona was lovely, the facial was really relaxing and included a scalp massage and shoulder massage. The treatment room is in an office building, so you do have to sign in to reception etc - would be amazing if they had a slightly larger space but really great experience overall
