Extremely impressed & delighted with the initial consultation with all treatments and medical grade products explained clearly by Dr Nelly. This is my 2nd round of RF micro needling and white lighting injection treatment with Dr Nelly. I highly recommend Dr.Nelly for anyone seeking effective and professional skincare treatments. Her expertise has made a significant difference in my skin, it’s clear, it’s fresh and with noticeable improvement on the pigmentation.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nelly. I’ve got my first Botox done at Dermafaye and the service has been nothing short of amazing from start to end. Dr Nelly talked me through the whole process, from the numbing phase to the aftercare, she even took the time to explain what product she was going to use and why: this was really reassuring for someone who’s been shying away from injectables her whole life (due to the industry being wild!) and the exact reason why I went to a proper Doctor!

It was an amazing experience first the staff are medical doctors who care about providing the best treatment rather than just booking an expensive treatment. At the beginning I did a consultation and I choose to do Botox, and plasma prp for my hair.
