Shanaz is a lovely, friendly, professional lady who puts you at ease and explains everything about your procedure at length. Very accomodating with appointments if need changing. Nice and clean premise. Having laser treatment on full legs, after two sessions can see results with less regrowth. Thanks Shanaz.
