They didn’t have the after care pack! And gave me samples to use. Which is not ideal even when I offered to pick it up next day she dismissed the idea that you don’t need more than the samples.
She burnt my forehead with the peeling
Every treatment I had with them ( 8 so far) they either get distracted with other customers or rush because someone has so many questions and waiting.
Customer service is ZERO, not so polite ( Lauren, Simi) or attentive to repeated customers. Not apologetic

I really enjoyed my treatment. I’m sure I fell asleep at one point it was that relaxing. My skin feels amazing soft. I can’t wait for next months facial.
