she was not that helpful and did not talk much with me about the skin care problems, and did not tell me what she did on my face and what the function is. Regarding the price, the first time I came to the treatment room and asked them, they said it is 10 pounds, so I decided to try. So when I came there next time, I did not ask for the price (I thought it is 10 pounds), and the lady said it was a 30 mins session, I said ok. But at the end they charge me 35 pounds, saying 10 pounds is for 10 mins
