I had a 60 minute treatment with Alice which was really lovely. My skin feels fantastic and the massage she did on my neck and shoulders was amazing, she made the knots disappear with ease and no discomfort which I thought was incredible! Thank you.

Relaxing, not sure abiut effectiveness rough.
Started quite late and I had to fill in three times the same questionarie
Stopped by for the Skinsolver treatment, the quality and delivery was faultless - staff knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being pushy.
The only downside was one due to my interpretation of the description. When reading that it was a "seated service" I didn't realise this meant that the treatment would take place in the main beauty hall and not in a private space, it's hard to feel entirely relaxed with a mesh hair net on and a bib over your outfit when there are people walking passed all the while.
Great service, just know what you're checking into.

I loved the skin profile at the start and how Alice informed me on which products to use for my skin. I also loved the way she never forced me in any way at the end to buy products! I felt so comfortable with her, she was lovely. The treatment felt amazing and for the price it was so affordable for me as a student. I felt so much better about my skin and a lot more informed on how to treat it! I defiantly will be back for a 60 minute treatment!
