Simmy always does an amazing job of my treatments I have been visiting this counter for years. I have seen her develop as a therapist and I am sad she is leaving the team. I always have an amazing time when I visit the counter all of the girls are so pleasant and kind. Although it is a shop floor you do expect a bit of noise! I always come out feeling relaxed and fresh.
I booked a ProPower Peel 60, to improve skin texture. I'd never had a chemical peel, so was advised on the day that the shorter treatment would be more suitable. I was pleasantly surprised by this suggestion, as it shows genuine care for the customer. The procedure itself was well explained and relaxing (apart from the expected stinging). Skin looked immediately better. I received an aftercare pack and all of my questions were answered. Only downside - the noise from the shop floor. Fab overall!
