Naomi was fantastic! Hugely knowledgable of products and techniques to combat issues.
Really professional treatment. This is my second facial and I can't recommend enough. My skin has massively improved and my acne scarring has reduced.

This was my first visit to Dermalogica for a facial. The therapist Naomi was very professional and friendly. She went through a consultation before treatment and was very knowledgeable with regards to my skin type and the products that would benefit my skin.
She then led me into the therapy room and before treatment explained the different machines that would be used on my skin.
The treatment was absolutely spot on and I lost count of how many layers of products she used on my face. Each time before using the machines on my face she gently reminded me what to expect.. Half an hour soon passed by and what a lovely experience it was.
I would definitely recommend Naomi.
Down side of my visit:
The room I had my treatment in had no lock on the door. Anyone could have entered during my treatment.
During the treatment I could hear quite a lot of noise from the shop floor from customers and staff. Due to this issue the treatment was not as relaxing as it could have been. I suggest you put up a heavy velvet curtain across the doors to prevent the volume of noise and also put a lock on the door. An ENGAGED notice on the outside of the door would be helpful as well.
