it's always the same comment, something should be done about the door, maybe soundproofing the door. it's distracting from what supposed to be relaxing time. sales staff congregating by the door and talking loud doesn't help.
otherwise, it was a different approach to skin and massaging compared to previous sessions but it seems to have helped with problem areas.
Felt truly relaxed during the appointment and my skin has felt so much more comfortable in the days following. Would definitely reccomend
