the doors are not soundproof, can hear all the bustle outside and it's not very relaxing. (having music on is not the solution). Music is nice, but had to adjust to really low as distracting with all the added noise.
also the space in the room is very limited and girls can't freely move around to get the lotions and creams.
there is bulky equipment as well. maybe can be re-designed to suit the size of the room.
overall, great experience otherwise. good facials and always attentive staff.
