It would be nice if she told me what she was doing to my face like to give me a heads up. I had to ask her what she was using many times
Hannah at the Trafford centre was really rude
The staff was really kind. I’m in crutches and she made sure I was ok and comfortable. I felt that they cared about me. The girl who served me name is Hannah and she was so lovely
