Lovely room/ambience where my body exfoliation and massage treatment took place. Suman was professional and friendly and the treatment was methodical and relaxing. Left feeling totally pampered and skin was glowing and fresh.

The place was very nice, however my appointment was at 1:15 (having to change it from 4pm at their request) and when walking in the manager of the salon took my appointment and was getting her toe nails done, after having to wait 10 minutes I was finally seen, (both knowing I had an appointment and no apology for the wait). On the page it says it will take 30 minutes, little did I know it was going to take 55 minutes!! The beauty therapist was very good and nice, however not sure why it took so long? I was left with hot wax bits still stuck to me and a few small hairs which I was surprised weren't plucked, I'm guessing she felt a little rushed after her manager asked how long she was going to be. All in all the service was just okay
