The beautician Kate was lovely and explained all of the products she used. The facial was lovely and my skin was glowing. My only one negative is the 30 minute facial was performed in the store which wasn't very relaxing due to noise and customers. It would be better to have in their private treatment room.
Excellent therapist and treatment. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Good advice on face treatments and products. I highly recommend the service.
