The therapist pressed really hard into my skin while using the products on my face. She really scraped and dragged my eye area to remove make up which I thought would encourage wrinkles to form around my eyes and stress my skin. I felt really uneasy and unrelaxed as a result. I felt I would be insulting her knowledge if I brought it up directly but I hope this review will be taken on board as I’m reluctant to go back with that therapist. They then tried to sell me products and offers at the end of treatment which is fine but she looked really disappointed when I said no. No free samples given, whereas others have given before. Perhaps it was due to lack of connection with therapist. I have had some really good experiences before with other therapists at Kingston but my usual one wasn’t available at the time so thought I’d try someone different.
This was average, I was convinced at time of booking to go for 60 mins treatment for the microdermabrasion part, but the equipment was not working on the day. Whilst the therapist compensated by extra facial massage for the time (hence 2star) it wasn’t value for money and not what I signed up for. She said I would be able to return during the treatment another day for 10 minutes microdermabrasion which is why I continued with the treatment (otherwise would have stopped and come back), but afterwards she said she needed to double check if that was allowed. Still haven’t heard so bit frustrating. For what you pay, I think better value elsewhere.

Great treatment . Only gave 4 stars to ambiance as treatment was in the store and we were interrupted once by another customer. Treatment was first class .
The 30 facial is out on the shop floor under bright lights. Not relaxing at all with shoppers around you.
