Lovely facial would have been more relaxing in a private room but overall informative and good results

I had a great facial from a lovely therapist. The only thing that was very disappointing was the noise. I could clearly hear the staff chatting and laughing very loudly outside the treatment room. The facial itself was fantastic. It was a real shame about the level of noise from the staff on the shop floor as their is a treatment room they should be more aware to keep the noise down or move away from the treatment room to have their gossip session.

Wonderful experience. I am very conscious about my bad skin but my skin therapist put me completely at ease and gave me so many useful tips. The facial itself was lovely, cooling and made my skin feel 100 times better. And, there were visible results after too! Couldn’t recommend Dermalogica and it’s staff more.
