I turned up for my facial but the Dermalogica assistant had no record of my booking, and said there was no-one there who could do it for me. Since her computer systems were down, she couldn't check. She said I could re-book (without offering any compensation for the inconvenience), but in the meantime I'd had a look at the treatment room which was literally behind a door on the shop floor and didn't look like a very relaxing environment.

The therapist could not have done more, she was lovely. I would have preferred to be in private room rather than the shop floor .

Clare was a brilliant therapist. Her knowledge, care and advice was fantastic. Her positivity was very uplifting and the treatment left my skin feeling beautiful and refreshed.
