Alexandra carefully plans what needs to be achieved each session and sets weekly targets which challenge, but certainly reward. I really believe that sticking to all her tasks and committing yourself to the work she requires from you will reap it's rewards. Alexandra is high experienced and very thorough. She works to a very high standard. No double dipping! She ensures you are comfortable throughout the treatment - the chair has a massage setting which is an extra treat! For the quality you get the prices are exceptionally good value.
