Alexandra was friendly and very professional, but also just a lovely person and so passionate about making sure the client has the best experience they can. The entire appointment was perfectly thought out - a warm welcome, a lavender foot detox treatment to ease any worries of foot odour, a vibrating massage table and peaceful music in the background. I could honestly say I almost drifted off, which is not something you’d expect whilst having a wax! The wax was also done really well. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning!
